On May 17, 2019, a delegation from the city of Rishon LeZion visited the synagogue.
The guests met with representatives of the Jewish community.
Deputy Mayor of Rishon LeZion Mr. Maxim Babitsky greeted the audience. Rabbi Shlomo David Salomon presented the books by Borys Shepetovskyi “Kremenchuk – the Ukrainian Jerusalem” and a memorable edition dedicated to the victims of the Holocaust.
After a warm meeting and dialogue, the guests laid flowers at the monument in honor of the victims of the Holocaust.

After that, accompanied by the First Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Pelypenko and Director of the KDI Andrii Melnyk, the guests laid flowers at the Memorial to Forever Alive and the memorial stone to the Righteous of Ukraine. The guests also visited the Kremenchuk Liberation Museum and took pictures at the World Peace Gong and visited the Holocaust Museum at Kremenchuk Higher Vocational School No.7.
Later, guests from Rishon LeZion met with businessmen and industrialists of Kremenchuk in the Kremenchuk branch of the Poltava CCI.
The meeting was opened by the Director of the KDI Andrii Melnyk, who introduced the guests.
The guests completed their busy day with a visit to the International Information and Contact Center named after Duke Vytautas at the Institute for Development of Kremenchuk, where they met with representatives of structures ensuring the safety of the city.
