Kremenchuk take part in the international conference “Open Governance in Ukrainian cities: models and tools”

7 – 8 December 2016, First Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Pelypenko, Deputy Director of the project activities of PU “Kremenchuk Invest” Irina Shabala and Deputy Director of  TSNAP in Kremenchuk city Yuriy Ivaschenko will participate in the international conference “Open Governance in Ukrainian cities: models and tools “.

During the conference, representatives of the Ukrainian cities of central and regional authorities, Ukrainian and international experts will discuss and summarize model of open democratic governance, which are already working in Ukraine, and consider best international practices and possibilities for their application.

Polish Foundation of International Solidarity is the partner of the organization of the trade-off conference.

International technical assistance project “Partnership for city development ” (trade-off project) is aimed at strengthening the municipal sector in Ukraine, the implementation of effective democratic governance and accelerate economic development by increasing the ability of Ukrainian cities for democratizing governance and local economic development; creating a favorable environment for small and medium size business; support decentralization and integrated development planning at local, regional and national levels.

Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) with the financial support shall implement the trade-off project from April 2015 to December 2020.
